PELLCO was the general contractor for the reconstruction of the Edmonds Commuter Rail Station. The project involved reconstructing the rider's platform and the parking lot to accommodate for increased capacity and future expansion. PELLCO Construction self-performed all demolition, earthwork, utilities, contaminated soil removal and disposal, structural concrete and steel erection.
PELLCO was the General Contractor for the redevelopment of a three acre site that included refurbishing and enlarging the existing transit center and construction of a new cast-in-place driver's comfort station with a large structural steel and glass awning covering the rider's platform. The project included a new traffic signal, extensive site work, underground utilities, concrete paving, and landscaping. PELLCO self-performed all earthwork, site utilities, structural concrete, rough carpentry and finish carpentry.
PELLCO was the General Contractor for the redevelopment of a two acre site. The project included refurbishing and enlarging the existing transit center, construction of two buildings with artwork cast into radius walls, extensive site work and underground utilities, concrete paving and landscaping.
